Oropharma Avi-Chol is a dietary supplement for birds.
It supports optimal liver function and a fast, successful
moult. This unique liver tonic
is based on sulfur amino acids, biotin, sorbitol, and vitamin B12. Avi-Chol
ensures optimal development in birds, perfect feather
formation, and intense coloration in young birds, as well as
perfect feather growth and vibrant color during the
moulting period. This product also helps cleanse the bird’s
body of medications and colorants. Proper
liver function is vital for your bird’s
health. In young birds, where the body is still fully developing, the
liver is under additional stress due to increased needs for
energy, proteins, vitamins, fats, and hormones. During the
moult, birds’ plumage changes completely. All necessary elements must
be available in the correct proportions and supplied adequately. Any
deficiency will be visible in poor feather quality. Your birds’ liver
is under additional stress when colorants are administered. Hence the importance of
providing a liver-supporting supplement. Avi-Chol contains active
ingredients (methionine, choline, biotin, vitamin B12, and sorbitol) required for
optimal liver function, resulting in perfect, shiny plumage and intense
coloration. Available in 250ml packaging.
Directions for use: 2 bottle caps (10 ml) per liter of drinking water or per 500g
Orlux egg food.
 During moulting or exhibition periods: administer two to three times
a week.
 When administering colorants, e.g., for Can-tax or Yel-lux plumage: administer
 two to three times a week.
 To support the liver after medication: 5 consecutive
days.
Tip: for administration via egg food: first mix the Avi-Chol dose into the
water used to moisten the egg food until you have a homogeneous
mixture.
