Description
Beetroots are rich in potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sulfur, iodine, iron, copper, as well as traces of rare metals such as caesium, nitrates, magnesium, iron, potassium, sodium, vitamins C, B1, and B2, and of course carbohydrates, fiber, and protein. They also contain phytonutrients like betanin and vulgaxanthin – the antioxidant that gives beetroots their deep red color. Therefore, beetroots can protect the body against several diseases and help avoid medication. Mix into soft food (egg food or vitamin supplement).
